This policy explains what information Javier Suarez (“we,” “us”) collects through javier-suarez.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you join our list, we collect:
- Your email address.
- The date and time you signed up.
- A record that you agreed to receive marketing emails, and the website you signed up from.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site, and we do not ask for any other personal information.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send you marketing emails from Javier Suarez, including news, product releases, and offers. We keep the signup record so we can show that you agreed to receive them.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting your email address in the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at alex@javier-suarez.com and ask to be removed. We will stop sending you marketing emails promptly after you ask.
Who handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our list. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Google stores our signup list (Google Sheets) and serves the fonts on this site (Google Fonts). When your browser loads the fonts, Google receives your IP address, as it would for any web request.
- Our website host, which receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, when you visit.
- The email service we use to send our emails, if and when we start sending them.
These providers may store information outside the country where you live, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you remain on our list. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from our list. We may keep a minimal record that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again by mistake.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct it.
- Have it deleted.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing emails.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
Access to our signup list is limited to the people who need it to run our list. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
